Inline Powerlock Connectors
Powersafe inline Powerlocks come in either Source or Drain and in different sizes to suit your power requirements. Depending on the size of the cable you are using will determine which Powerlocks you require.
Powerlocks rated up to 500A
The most common size in the Powerlock environment is the screw terminal 120mm2 Powerlocks M40A. These are rated up to 500A and are perfect for smaller power requirements as the 120mm2 Powerlocks has a range of reducer kits available to suit smaller cable sizes.
Powerlocks rated up to 800A
800A is the highest rating available in the Powerlock format and all Powerlocks labelled as 800A are crimp terminated The most common sets in this range are either 240mm2 or 300mm2 with the M50 gland.
Panel mount Powerlocks
Panel mounted Powerlocks come in either Source or Drain and are rated either as 500A or 800A. They will mate with any sized inline Powerlock .
Panel mount Source and Drain rated up to 500A
The 500A Panel mount connections are manufactured with brass with silver plating and are secured with an M12 threaded post termination to a standard cable lug. The industrial sockets are rated at 500 amp (T5) and the standard connector is mounted to a panel through 4 fixing holes on the flange.
Panel mount Source and Drain rated up to 800A
The 800A Panel mount connections are manufactured using copper with silver plating and are secured with an M12 threaded post termination to a standard cable lug. The industrial sockets are rated at 500 amp (T8) and the standard connector is mounted to a panel through 4 fixing holes on the flange.
